Dogs & Cats (sitting, standing or reclining): $125

Large Animals (horses, cows, sheep, etc.): $150

Birds (perching on wrapped wire feet): $115

Small Mammals (hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc.): $100

Aquarium Fish (suspended on cord): $75

Reptiles & Amphibians (turtles, lizards, frogs, etc.): $110

Sitting, standing or reclining (laying down) pose: no extra charge.

I will try as best as I can to create a pose you would like. Extra photographs capturing the pose may be necessary. Flying birds will be suspended on a cord.

Please note the running pose will require extra time to complete.

Amber, Green, Blue, Black or Clear eyes are included at no extra charge. 

Specially Colored eyes (red, pink, yellow, etc.) require hand-painting.  With sufficient photographs, I will try to match color as closely as possible.

Cat’s Eyes (with vertical slits) are plastic and can also be used for reptiles and frogs.

Fish Eyes are clear pale orange with small black pupil. Some fish species only have clear eyes, select Clear if necessary.

Frog Eyes only come in green or brown and need to be specially ordered (extra time will be required to complete sculpture)

Choose a color for birds and fish that have metallic or iridescent feathers or scales. I will blend metallic fibers into the wool to give a slight shimmery effect.  If there are more than one metallic color, please indicate colors. (There is no extra charge for multiple colors.)

Step 4. Complete Order*

Please allow at least at least 3-4 weeks for completion from date of payment. The pet sculpture will be between 3”- 5” long (excluding tail length). Each creation is firmly felted and quite solid, but they are delicate works of art and should be handled and cared for as such.  I will not be held responsible for damage that occurs from improper handling.  These are NOT intended to be a toy for young children.

I will do my best to match your pet’s color and fur type, but exact matching may not be possible.  I will share with you the process of the sculpture’s creation and discuss options in coloring and fur as the piece is being made. If you have fur clippings, please send them.  It will help make color matching easier. If possible, I can incorporate the fur into the final sculpture by felting it in or placing the fur inside the sculpture. 

I will contact you with additional information about customizing your pet portrait sculpture and for photographs or your pet.  I will need as many as possible, with various angles to get appropriate markings, body shape and proportions.  Photos to be sent by disk, email or regular mail.  (Do not send original photos!) I will send back images if possible, but please assume that I will not. 

Every  order will be carefully packed to ensure a safe arrival and comes from a smoke-free home. I use USPS Priority Shipping and packages are insured.  International shipping is available and will be billed separately. Payment must be received before shipment.

It is my goal that you are completely satisfied with your pet portrait sculpture. I will email images of the work in progress and the finished sculpture for your approval.  Because these pieces are custom orders I do not offer refunds.  If there is an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me--I will do my best to resolve the issue as fairly as possible.
